A BILL
To prohibit the importation of critical minerals from the Russian
Federation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON IMPORTATION OF CRITICAL MINERALS FROM THE
RUSSIAN FEDERATION.
(a) In General.--On and after the date of the enactment of this
Act, the importation of critical minerals extracted or otherwise
produced in the Russian Federation is prohibited.
(b) Critical Mineral Defined.--In this section, the term ``critical
mineral'' has the meaning given that term in section 7002(a) of the
Energy Act of 2020 (30 U.S.C. 1606(a)).
